43Bug fixed in the StepManager to account for the difference in the geometry tree for the ITS pixels. This fixes both the funny distribution of pixel coordinates and the missing hits/digits/points in many sectors of the ITS pixel barrel. Also included is a patch to properly get and use the detector dimensions through out the ITS code. (B.Nilsen)

89Fixed a but when trying to use GEANT4. Needed to replace
90if(!((TGeant3*)gMC)) with if(!(dynamic_casst<TGeant3*>(gMC)))
91because just casting gMC to be TGeant3* even when it realy is a TGeant3 pointer
92did not result in a zero value. For AliITSv5asymm and AliITSv5symm, needed
93to fix a bug in the initilizers and a bug in BuildGeometry. This is now done
94in the same way as in AliITSv5.cxx.
