New SPD simulation (Massimo):
- speeding up of the diffusion code (Bjorn)
- creation of CDB file with the dead channels, implementation
of the CDB reading, check of the code (Henrik, Giuseppe, Domenico)
- final tuning of the diffusion model parameters (Romualdo)
