Fixes in reconstruction:
- AliMUONRefitter: small fix + protection against too large number of
  temporary tracks.
- AliMUONConstants: change the chamber thickness in x0 from 3% to 4.5%
  which better corresponds, in average, to the material crossed by the muons.
- AliMUONRecoParam: fix comments
