 - Implementation of trigger response re-calculation with a 4/4 coincidence or after removing one chamber (useful for trigger chamber efficiency calculations): the result is stored in unused bits of the trigger word in AliESDMuonTrack (NO extra data members required).
 - Speed-up of the trigger response calculation (factor of about 4 in cosmic runs, resulting in a factor of 2 for the Trigger QA MakeRaws).
