Introduction of VZERO event-plane selection task that can be used in order to flatten the event-plane distribution. The parameters are defined run-by-run and in centrality bins. They are read from OADB. One can use ANALYSIS/macros/AddTaskVZEROEPSelection.C macro in order to activate the task. There should be no phys sel applied to it.
