In alignment classes:
- Added the possibility to run the alignment in two steps
  * First step is to calculate the derivatives. The derivatives are stored in an AOD. It's fully parallelizable.
  * Second step reads back the derivatives from the AOD and performs the minimization.
  * The behaviour is handle in the AliMUONAlignmentTask setting the appropiate flags with the methods
    muonAlign->SetReadRecords();
    muonAlign->SetDoAlignment();
    muonAlign->SetWriteRecords();
- Improve running of alignment taks on the grid
- Correct handling of different OCDB used for input and output alignments
