Adding all LHC11h good runs in the OADB. The method used was relying on CSEMI+CPBI2 for 0-60% and CPBI2 only for 60-100% in centrality. The VZERO-A, VZERO-C and VZERO correction parameters were also added with the indices 8,9 and 10, respectively.
