Several fixes related to the generation of DATE and ROOT raw data files. 1. Root compression is switched off in order to emulate more realistic behavior of alimdc. 2. Max root output file size is set now to 2Gb. 3. dateStream executable is now called with an option which suppresses the SOR/EOR events (due to some problems with their generation and later reconstruction)
