Changes in reco. parameters according to revision 27529

Moving the QA for raw data inside the event loop (Yves). The list of the detectors in QA is matched with the list of the active detectors from GRP.

Removal of calls to static AliMUONReconstructor::GetRecoParam(). Thanks to Laurent for these fixes!

Additions needed in order to use the code inside the millipede alignment algoritm. Requested by Marcello.

Major commit related to steering of the reco parameters: AliDAQ and trigger classes updated. Reading and usage of the GRP emtry almost completely revised. Significant changes in AliReconstruction. Update AliDetectorRecoParam and AliRecoParam classes. A lot of changes in the detector's code implied by the changes in STEER. test/gun/rec.C and test/gun/recraw/rec.C macros updated as an example how to steer properly the reconstruction till the reco-param creation macros and prepared and the corresponding CDB entries are put in place. Please report any problems and possibly submit bug reports to savannah.

Primary track quality selection for kink mothers.

Possibility to specify event selection criteria within the raw-data input URI. The method SelectEvents is moved to the protected area and is used only the constructor of the raw-readers. The syntax of the new functionality is filename?EventType=X?Trigger=Y, where X is the event type (7=physics event) and trigger is a 64-bit integers specifying the trigger mask to beused (AND logic is applied). Removal of all the SelectEvents outside the RAW module.
