Many fixes:
- Print flags passed by default by CMake
- Save the unexpanded EINCLUDE value in saveEINCLUDE for PAR generation
- Replace dots `.' in filenames with underscore `_' when generating dictionary
files, since rootcint may end up writing uncompilable code.
- Add progress reports
- If the used ROOT version is larger than ROOT6_ALPHA (5.99.1), then give
full paths to rootcint.
- Set CMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS to the value of PLDFLAGS for executables.
- Fix up sed commands when replacing `include $ROOTSYS/etc/Makefile.arch'
with `include Makefile.arch' in PAR make files.
- Use root-config to locate Makefile.arch

HWClusterDecoder produces a descriptor block. It shows whether the clusters have been merged during decoding or not
The block is then read by DataCompressionComponent which sets corresponding "merged clusters" flag for the compressed clusters.

Removed depricated analysis framework, ie renamed
AliAnalysisTaskEmcalJetDev -> AliAnalysisTaskEmcalJet
AliAnalysisTaskEmcalDev -> AliAnalysisTaskEmcal
and removed old classes.
Commit based on the work of Salvatore and Marta. All classes (except
AliAnalysisTaskFlavourJetCorrelations) were previously run with the
new framework, so this operation should be safe. Still needs testing
till the next tag.

Patch provided by Adrian (slightly reworked by Constantin).
Enable the use of fastjet 3 (3.0.5 was tested). Not all features are implemented
in the wrapper. In particular fj::JetMedianBackgroundEstimator is commented, and
we still use RangeDefinition instead of Selector. Can be changed at a later stage.
Verified that raw spectra are not changing if you have fastjet 2.4.x.
(Also with 3.0.5 raw results were the same for the same settings as with 2.4.x)
More tests are being performed by Adrian.
