Define constant MAXTRACKS for maximum number of tracks associated with 1 digit

Some changes/bug corrections for SetHole(1) option.

TOF version with holes for PHOS and RICH compatible with AliFRAMEv2 with
mothervolumes prepared for holes.

The method BuildGeometry() has been completely rewritten. Now display.C can display the detailed ITS geometry instead of the old six dummy cylunders.

The test suite was modified to add the mel recipeint. The Makefile has a fast (make test10) and slow (make test) test.

A TClonesArray deleted correctly
