 - Fixed access to OCDB. Previous versions would always load OCDB objects for run number 0 for the first file

 - Only set path to OCDB if desired ("raw://" still is default)

 - One can specify the neighbors to be accepted
   - Default is 3x3
   - Use SetNRowDiff(2), SetNColDiff(2) to set 5x5
 - To achieve 15-20% speed up store calibrated energy in AliEMCALDigit (not streamed!)
