A test macro for AliITSspdTestBeam TTask. This macro dumps the information
in a SPD test beam data file. Tested with SPD test beam 2002 run001dat

A TTask and corresponding macro to convert SPD TestBeam data into AliRoot ITS
SPD digits. Tested with SPD 2002 Test beam data Run001. At present, The
tree of event headers, TE, isn't being filled properly.
