Fix for the false error message about an invalid equipment ID. It was coming in case of start_of_* LDC data which has no equipment header. In that case a default header with invalid ID is created. This kind of data should be put automatically into the common branch of the raw-data tree, without trying to identify its ID. That is what the fix do.
