I have modified a bit the method ProcessESD() to allow to pass some cuts and to write only the trackpoints of  the ITS. also I added ProcessESDCosmics() to merge into a single AliTrackPointArray the points of the two tracks produced by a comic muon (Andrea)

Pass execution mode to event handler.
Check if user output filename is "default". If yes use the aod file name
obtained from the event handler.
