Following changes in STEER/AliESDZDC class

- Change in ProcessFloatAll method for calculating statistical quantities for
DCS DPs:
  Using only last entry before DAQ_time_start in case no values are
  there between DAQ_time_start and DAQ_time_end. Mean and Median put equal
  to the measurement coming from this entry. No truncated mean neither Standard
  deviations are calculated.

- Change in the message printed when DAQ_time_start/end are not present:
  No DCS Error is mentioned.

Fix Prev/NextEvent() when ESD is not present and the event-selector
