Now the GlobalVertexer can read tracks directly from the ITS/TPC trackers and can be called before the ESDConverter
The change is backward-compatible, the vertexer can be also called after the ESDConverter, as it was before.
The GlobalVertexerHisto component can read both the ESD and the GlobalVertexer output.
The reason for this change is very low speed of the packing/unpacking the AliESDEvent object.
The GlobalVertexer speeded up in >10 times after this change.

Upgrade following the 900 GeV data. A lot of extra things added - histograms etc however core components are essentially unchanged. I have also tried to fix bug number 60424 in this update

- moved digit struct to BASE/util to facilitate for ESD conversion in the global ESD converter
- small bug fixes in the clusterizer to get the ESD conversion working
- the cluster maker now takes into account the digits

new method (ProcessNoiseMap) added , it saves a new object in OCDB (OCDB/HMPID/Calib/NoiseMap), map will be created by HMPIDphysda.cxx for PHYSICS and STANDALONE runs

bugfix: reading the run number from OCDB if the run description is not set, which is the case when running in aliroot mode
This is a very old bug, and potentially responsible for bug

AliAnaPi0: Add possibility to cut on opening angle of pairs, to reject background. Opening angle histograms added.
AliAnaCalorimeterQA:
- Histograms to display cells energies for different fractions of the super modules
- Histograms to calculate the measured time of a cell in a cluster minus the time of cell with highest energy
-Histogram to accumulate time measured in cells, fill grid of SuperModule. Only for cell energy larger than 0.5 GeV
- Corrected loop of invariant mass calculation, maximum index in second loop was wrongly set to one unit less.
