                a lightweight signal <-> track backward linking facility instead of
                the elaborate signal slot related links.
                Also the functionality of AliTrack::AddSignal extended with specific modes.
                Double_t replaced by Double32_t in Ali3Vector.h, Ali4Vector.h and AliBoost.h
                and fDresult suppressed for I/O streaming. This will reduce the produced
                output filesize.

Proper fix to enumeration error.

All the CDB initialization methods are corrected. The run number is set either from the gAlice or from the raw reader (previously it has been always set to 0). The default and detector specific CDB storage locations are now activated inside the Run() methods. The corresponding setters are used just to store the desired locations.

Fixed bug in read "new" and old .det files. Fix missing init of
