The logics of handling the geometry file for simulation has changed. The variables and methods have been moved from galice.root / AliRun into AliSimulation. The interface is the same, but a single variable is used, the name of the file. If blank, the geometry is created, if the filename is "*OCDB*" the geometry is read from OCDB and any other string is interpreted as a filename to be read.
