I added a new field in AliESDCaloCluster/AliAODCluster to store the MC energy fraction. This is useful for embedding studies. Since embedding is usually done
on the fly, the field does not need to be streamed (commented with //!), so it will not increase the size on disk.

2 more Double32_t stored in the AOD header. These are the Qx and Qy components of
the TPC event plane vector. With this we are able to do all the necessary correction on the TPC event
plane calculation in nanoAODs (where the huge event plane object is not stored).

Fix in the algo of finding the sensors on the way of the track.
The default margin (quadratically added to track errors) for the search of sensors is
set to 100 um. The effect of this on cluster search is still to be fixed.

Some optimisation in digitization. Changed the way the noise is added:
both noisy channels and random noise is added to the SDigits map right before
digitization (not stored in the SDigits file but propagates to Digits)

Moved source histo root file for histogrammed pixel response to misc dir.
Modif.in MakeITSUSimuParam.C: in order to turn ON random noise generation in the
simuParam, change values of constants  kAddNoise and kAddNoiseInAllMod to 1

Added CPU and RealTime collection per task when the mgr->AddStatisticsTask is called in the steering macro. Result per job and merged available in the MgrStat object written in the common output file, but also printed on the screen.
