Major update required to handle old and new AliHLTEventDDL structures within HLT framework.
Removed some deprecated methods from AliHLTComponent which are better placed inside AliHLTReadoutList.
Cleaned up and centralised manipulation of DDL readout list bits. Now AliHLTReadoutList is the common interface to use.

VZERO digits have to be unloaded, otherwise the trigger simulation can update the digits tree in order to store the trigger related info. Anyway, this method looks likea chinese copy of AliVZEROTriggerSimulator, so we have to think of removing it from the TRD package. Of course, this can be done only within the new trigger sim framework, where we can think of having VZERO trigger simulation before the TRD one.

Complete reshuffling of the digitization code. Now VZERO has operational direct Hits->Digits method as well as Hits->SDigits and SDigits->Digits. The merging procedures will be exercised and validated as soon as possible. After that a new Raw->SDigits alogrithm will be committed and test of the embedding will follow. Porting to the release will be requested only upon a complete validation.
