bugfix: reading the run number from OCDB if the run description is not set, which is the case when running in aliroot mode
This is a very old bug, and potentially responsible for bug

AliAnaPi0: Add possibility to cut on opening angle of pairs, to reject background. Opening angle histograms added.
AliAnaCalorimeterQA:
- Histograms to display cells energies for different fractions of the super modules
- Histograms to calculate the measured time of a cell in a cluster minus the time of cell with highest energy
-Histogram to accumulate time measured in cells, fill grid of SuperModule. Only for cell energy larger than 0.5 GeV
- Corrected loop of invariant mass calculation, maximum index in second loop was wrongly set to one unit less.

Added possibility to introduce downscaling in the selection of raw-data event based on a logical expression of trigger classes. The syntax is <logical expression> followed by % and N, where N is a integer downscaling factor.

HLT (temporary?) excluded from processing, as no files are produced by HLT DA for a long time
and the absence of files at FES now cause a preprocessor crash (not a warning as before!).

Committing macros + script to perform pass0 reconstruction, and pass1 reconstruction with calibration:
mergeCalibObjects.C, runPassX.sh, recPass0.C
mergeCalibObjects.C - generic merge script - Output 0-common merge file or 1- one file per object
runPassX.sh - shell scipt to run rconstruction/calibration (to be invoked in jdl)
recPass0.C - macro with reconstruction setting for pass 0 (ITS,TPC,TRd,TOF only)

Updated V0C geometry. The rings wre shifted correctly in the longitudinal direction. The cover volumes are now simulated with more details. The new geometry was checked for overlaps (Brigitte+Cvetan)
