calibration type in SetSpecificStorage. Specified version/subversion are
merged and stored in the unique id of the AliCDBParam value.

Here we updated some settings.

Renamed "Helper" to "Railway" to make the analogy of different
execution environments more evident.  That is, each train can
run on different "railways": Local, Lite, Proof, AAF, and Grid.

Other updates in similar vain: Renamed AddTask to CoupleCar.
