Cosmetics and minor modifications

Script too start the PHOS HLT Online display
on the aldaqacrs1 machine
(The big HLT screen in the ACR)

The HLT online display now compiles
against standard aliroot installation
(No external HLT packages needed).

The script automatically compiles the online display if it is
not allready compiles. It then tries to connect
to the output any PHOS HLT proceesses running on the HLT
cluster vi port forwarding from
the PHOS nodes to the hlt gateway to Vobox0
wich is visible on the CERN network.

Autoscaling of histogram (Oystein). 1)the number of samples
is read from the data and usere range of the histograms scales
accordingly.
2) Autoscaling of X axis of histogram

from the Rorc publisher

Finetuing of software (Oystein), improved shared memory interface
