Major modifications to AliReconstruction that are needed in order to adapt it for online usage. The main idea was to extract the event loop from the run method and allow the user to add events (in memory via AliRawReaderDate) on the fly. More details will be given in a talk during the forthcoming offline week (Apr 2008)

   - re-clusterize the ESD clusters from the attached ESD pad
   - refit the ESD tracks using the attached ESD clusters or
     the re-clusterized ones
2) The macro MUONRefitter.C provides a complete example using
   this new class (including modification of the digit charge
   before refitting, comparison of results with the original data
   and storage of these results in a new AliESDs.root file).
