Part one of the handling of the streamer info for TObjects in the HLT raw data payload.

A list of streamer infos can now be stored in an appropriate OCDB/HLT/Calib entry. The
info is added to the class streamer infos before the extraction of objects. Part 2 will
be the generation of the specific streamer info in the online HLT and providing them
via the FXS to the shuttle specificly for every run, and a preprocessor implementation.

Added method SetExecutableCommand(const char *command) to the plugin. The default
value is "root -b -q". One can force aliroot to be run instead of root on the worker
nodes via:
