bugfix: correcting the data type of the published histograms to ROOTHIST:HLT

two bugfixes:
- buffer for files list in argument -datafilelist was one character too small, causing incorrect termination of the string in the online system
- argument -open_files_at_start was overridden by following -datafilelist

New option (in the init()) to produce weighted counters, which support also float (or double). By default counters only support integers. New function to return the content of the counters for a given selection: Double_t GetSum(TString selections) (Philippe P.)

Added method AliInputEventHandler::GetStatistics(Option_t *option) to retrieve the physics selection histograms in ESD and AOD analysis.
This method will return the statistics TH2F histograms filled by the AliPhysicsSelection in case the task AliPhysicsSelectionTask is used in the ESD train (or used during AOD production).
To use, the user task must call this method during FinishTaskOutput (executed on the worker after all events are processed):
