HLT component for writing analyzed raw data to files

Bug fix. The peakfinder vectors was set using pointer in the
AliHLTPHOSRawAnalyzerPeakFinderComponent.cxx class but the arrays
contining the vector values was only temporary variables
in the constructor. With the bug fix the Peakfinder vectors
are initialized in the AliHLTPHOSRawAnalyzerPeakFinder class
and the array elemts are copied one by one. The vectors are set only during
initialization so there are no overhed for the online processing

Some chnages was done to the DoEvent function, more inellignet algorithms
for processing of event data in order to improve performance.

Simple Online display that fetches events from the HLT stream and make lego plots
of cell energies for 5 modules. Mainly intended for debugging purphoses

The peakfinder algorithm was intgrated into the HLT online processing.
Succeesfully tested in the HLT chain. Raw data dumped to screen together
with analysis results for verification.

Increased the number of timebins to 1008 (the max limit by the ALTRO).
As long as zero supression is used there is almost no performance
penalty by using the max possible number of samples, and several hundred
samples will be needed for channels that is close to saturation.

xml configuration for running online analysis on al 5 PHOS modules

A new structure  AliHLTPHOSValidCellDataStruct.h was added in order to improve
the online processing performance. Instead of looping trough all 35480 channels
the raw anlyzer algorithm only has to loop the data in an array of ValidCellDataStructs.
This, combined with a counter counting the number of channels containing valid
data drastically improves performance because the arrays containing analyzed
data dont have to be resetted. The AliHLTPHOSRawAnalyzer  class
was modified to incorporate this new feature.
