TPCdEdx component has been created.

input: merged tracks + all the clusters,
output: dEdx labels -> GlobalEsdConverter

The method: create an AliTPCseed and call the CookdEdx() method.

The speed of the component is 170 Hz. These are only dEdx calculations w/o data transfer.
It runs stable, the output looks reasonable

Some steering parameters could be provided.

GlobalEsdConverter was updated also.

Use AliAnalysisTaskSE::AODEvent() to read the AOD that has just been produced by the ESD filter in the same train

Reorganization of the QA (Rec), by splitting a MTR and MCH parts, so they can be used separately if the need arise, and anyway be more easy to develop and maintain in parallel.

Also, according to last DAQ meeting discussions (http://indico.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=70835), a few changes in our QAs are implemented :

MCH :

- can now cut on low buspatch occupancies (if the config could be retrieved)

MTR :
- Implementation of raw data checker and update of shifter information (we check trigger algorithm errors, errors in the raw structure, and dead channels/boards).
- General clean-up of QA histograms.
- Improvement of graphical results.
