Finished transition from convoluted ESD filter and Pico Track maker.
Now the chain of track tasks is straight forward: Tracks can be filtered
on ESD or AOD level using a given period string, and depending on that it
can be decided to propagate them to the emcal surface. (For AOD this is
currently not automatically determined, but should eventually).
The PicoTrack maker then is simply takes the given track array and
makes a copy to PicoTracks, thereby one can do kinematic cuts, or
random (uniform) efficiency cuts (off by default of course).
Also now the original track pointer can be retrieved from the PicoTrack
which should make all track information available for analysis that
need PID and jets.

Add ptr to original AliVTrack.
