Remove deletion of s-digits manager

Initial version of online reco ready and tried at P2. Modifications include corrections in the start-up macro + update of the GRP preprocessor part that deals with the online access to GRP data in the logbook.

Changing a default argument in the standard constructor (M. Van Leeuwen)

Mask the generated DAQ readout list according to the CTP trigger class.
This is a fix for a problem in the HLT-DAQ communication related to runs with
multiple trigger clusters and varying number of detectors in the clusters. The
fix is not complete for the moment, as some parts of the AliHLTReadoutList did
not work properly on the HLT cluster. Investigation ongoing.

temporary bugfix: the operator functions of the AliHLTReadoutList class did not work
correctly on the HLT online cluster. As temporary fix only the readout list of the
first matching CTP class is created.

bugfix: only increment CTP counters for data events, skip for SOD and EOD

Fixed bug which was introduced when calibration was moved away from the RawDigiProducer.

Added to AliMagF the definition (const) of the polarities conventions.
The GRP manager will read the recorded current signs and reject the
combinations which do not satisfy to the convention used in AliMagF.
The convention flag is set to LHC convention:
L3    : pos. current -> negative Bz
Dipole: neg. current -> negative Bz

Test version of the shell script and macro for running the online reco @ P2.
