GenerateTest creates now the merging macro and scripts. This can be called like: <script>.sh files_to_merge.txt 0 , where the file files_to_merge.txt HAS to have the extension .txt and must contain the locations of the files to be merged - can be .../root_archive.zip. The test for merging will NOT test also user Terminate on the merged files unless the name of files_to_merge.txt contains the word Stage

that means, if the centrality axis is present in the input, but
you want to use the MB data only, pass 0x80 in the options.  If
you do not want to mirror the data, do not set the bit 0x100 in
the flags.
