Shift the Gamma4 function COG by factor of 0.250 mm
This correspond to the COG of gamma 4 with sampling freaquncy 10 MHz
(Before was calculated for no binned Gamma4 COG)

Possibility to use syntax like following: ALL -<detector>. The order of the keywords is not important, but one has to add always space between the detectors, ALL and -<detector>.

- Changed the way in which I am doing the Kalman filtering (first step
inwards, the fit outwards in order to do extrapolation, done on a local
copy of the track)
- enabled the debug stream
In Functions PostProcess and GetRefFigures

Further on I made the TRD geometry a class member.
I also made a change in the runscript that from now on loads the
GeoManager (From the database, correct database has to be initialized).

First version of the event-specie selector. For the moment it is based on the LHC state, beam type, event type and trigger. Should work fine with the test suites in aliroot. For cosmic data one would have to add some more sophisticated trigger-based selection as the LHC state was not available from the machine.

Added a new component (AliHLTTPCHWCFDataReverterComponent) which reads the data, sorts it, and revert the 40 bit word data.
Moved around the functions of the AliHLTTPCClusterFinder so the ones belonging to the ClusterFinderDecoder is at the top of the files, and the ClusterFinderPacked functions on the bottom.
Also changed from fMaxQ to fQMax in the AliHLTSpacePointData.h so that we only have one name convention for max charge of a cluster. This led to changes in KryptonClusterfinder, *Cluster*, Noise map, TrackHistoComponent.
In AliHLTAltroEncoder; added the functionality to revert 40 bit words.

Possibility to apply an event selection based on a logical function of the trigger classes. The syntax is ?Trigger=<function>, where function is a logical expression of the trigger classes identified by their names (as in the trigger config in OCDB). In case the trigger config is unavailable, one can still use the method by replacing the trigger classes names by [i], where i is the index of the trigger class in the trigger pattern word.

Improved version of the SPD services:
- the cable length is properly taken into account with respect to the SPD cone
length (i.e. the extender end lies at the cone's border as can be seens in
the photos)
- the cables and tubes are now parallel to the cone (they used to be, then
they were slightly inclined to solve a previous overlap)
- the cables and tubes are now quite in contact (actually very very near)
to the cone surface
