bugfix: object table was used to check validity of TObject pointers before deleting, but causes memory leaks if ObjectStat is switched off globally. The original seg fault supposed to be fixed by the validity check remains to be investigated

The AliESDEvent::GetPrimaryVertex() returns now the best available reconstructed primary vertex. The primary vertex reconstructed using the tracks is now returned by a new getter - AliESDEvent::GetPrimaryVertexTracks()

Added possibility to reconstruct directly from raw data (rather than
going via an intermedant TClonesArray of AliFMDDigits). Also,
changed prototypes of various member functions in the AliFMDReconstructor
to be independent of having AliFMDDigit objects. This could speed
up the reconstruction considerably.

Added the class AliFMDESDRevertexer for recalculating the
psuedo-rapidity of each strip given a new Z-coordinate of the
primary interaction vertex. AliFMDReconstructor uses this in
FillESD to take into account the vertex. The vertex chosen
depends on what is available in the ESD.

The vertex finder algorithm can be set from AliGPRRecoParam, and in case of HighFluxParam we set a faster one (not based on track pairs). With this change the time is 0.16 s for dNdeta=4000. For pp, we prefer to keep the default algo based on pairs, because it is more efficient for secondaries rejection. (Andrea D.)

We found a bug in ANALYSIS/AliAnalysisTaskESDfilter.cxx
Line544, the call: v0->GetD();
uses in fact default values AliESDv0::GetD(Double_t x0=0, Double_t y0=0, Double_t z0=0);
... to say assumes the primary vertex is at 0,0,0 which is bad.
For this reason, we changed it in the attached file to be:
v0->GetD(esdVtx->GetX(),esdVtx->GetY(),esdVtx->GetZ());

Updated SPD and SSD geometries.
In the SPD geometry, the two SPD service modules which were removed are back
in place, and the cooling tube radii are restored to their original values: in
this way all material budget is back in place.
The new SSD geometry fixes the long standing overlap between an SPD extender
and an SSD patch panel by moving the latter by 1 deg. clockwise (on two
copies for two identical overlaps).
