ITS cluster-finders (V2) and trackers (V2 and MI) are now initialized from the new AliITSgeomTGeo class. All the dependencies on AliITSgeom have been removed. The cluster-finder and tracker code are now full misalignment-aware. The tracker code propagates the track first to the ideal position of the ITS sensors and then to the misaligned position of the cluster used to update the track parameters (Jouri)
