- Fix problem with EventSpecie when running online in DQM. The problem prevented a plot to be shown to DQM shifter during Calibration events.
- Do not check for algorithm errors in events where readout errors are found.
- Account for global trigger masks in both simulation and QA: if all of the global inputs for a regional board are masked, fully mask the corresponding boards. CAVEAT: the local boards are not masked in case some of the inputs are still transmitted to the global board.

Adding an additional loop wrapping the opening the alien file and writing to it. This is to check that the file
which was successfully closed and written into can also be re-opened. This check was suggested by Andreas to
spot the very unfortunate and rare case described above, happening in case of a network glitch while closing
the file.
