coverity fix: histograms initialized in the member initialization list

macros to be used to compare TPC and HLT clusters in recpoints and friends

TPC DQM update to have 2d occupancy plot and to disable calib plots from

Adding all LHC11h good runs in the OADB. The method used was relying on CSEMI+CPBI2 for 0-60% and CPBI2 only for 60-100% in centrality. The VZERO-A, VZERO-C and VZERO correction parameters were also added with the indices 8,9 and 10, respectively.
