 At generation time, when a tracks enters the volume,
 AliMUONv1::StepManager calls
 AliMUONChamber::ChargeCorrelationInit() to set the current value of
 fCurrentCorrel which is then used at Disintegration level to scale
 appropriately the PadHit charges.
