Adding a subfolder "background" to PWG1, containing:

- A task used for backgound and luminosity studies (AliAnalysisTaskBGvsTime)
- A histogram wrapper, providing merging capability for non-sorted histogram
  lists (AliHistoListWrapper). This is used by AliAnalysisTaskBGvsTime
- Macros need to run the task locally and on CAF.
