If a setof track parameters is created outside the beam pipe, it is transformed to the local coordinate system of the TPC sector that contains the point of creation (A. Bercuci, A. Dainese).

Add preliminary version of the gentle MUON geometry (need extension in
ROOT for proper one) and the necessary macros to include it in the
"scan" viewers.
Some minor changes in AliEveMUONTrack and MUON_display* macros.
From Matevz:
Clone anyscan_init.C over visscan_init.C - now they are identical.
anyscan_init.C is now deprecated and will be removed soon.
Remove obsolete alice-macros/SplitGLView.C. All functionality (and
more) now available from the EVE window manager.
Set svn:keywords of all macros and alice-macros to Id.

A lot of changes after detector review:
* AliFMDBaseDigit (and AliFMDDigit and AliFMDSDigit
by extension) derive from silly AliDigit.
* Up to 3 track labels propegated from hits to
digits and sdigits.
* Implemented AliFMD::Raw2SDigits (see also
scripts/TestRaw2SDigits.C).
* Added survey data of FMD1 and 2.
* Added FMD2 survey markers to geomtry.
* Survey to alignment is almost done. The code
is in AliFMDSurveyToAlignObjs. Note, FMD2
survey can only give FMD2 z-offset, while FMD1
survey can in priniple also give x,y offsets
as well as rotations. FMD2 z-offset is determined
as a best-fit of a plane to the available data.
* FMD2 and 3 are still roughly 4mm off from design. I
need to talk to ITS people about this.

Update in trigger code:
- Creating shuttle preprocessor (AliMUONTriggerDCSSubprocessor) for getting
trigger RPC HV and currents.
- Add Trigger RPC HV and currents in QA.
- Removed class AliMpHVNamer (using AliMpDCSNamer instead to handle both
tracker and trigger)
- Changed some variable, data members and function names to be consistent
Also:
- Updated documentation of class AliMUONTriggerDisplay with further details.

Small modifications on the PID checker task in order to be able to
run the pion efficiency for several electron efficiencies. The standard
post process will still run on 90% electron efficiency, but a function
called from outside may change the electron efficiency threshold for the
calculation. (Markus)
