First version of the SDD DA calibration classes. AliITSOnlineSDDBase - for measurement of baselines and noise for all the channels using black events, AliITSOnlineSDDTP - for measurement of gains for all channels using events with pulse signal, AliITSOnlineSDDInjectors - for measurement of the drift velosity using special injector runs. AliITSOnlineSDD is the base for all the above classes (F.Priino). Small corrections and mods needed in order to compile and link the code (Cvetan)
