In AliMUONTrackExtrap:
- Change the Bethe-Bloch formula for mean energy loss correction (use the new
  one provided in STEER like other detectors)
   --> about same results for upsilon
   --> better results for J/psi
- Improve the computation of mean excitation energies + a few minor corrections
