Standard constructors to easily include muon (track and pair) cuts. Methods to handle AOD/ESD in a rather transparent way. AliCounterCollection to store the relevant info for normalization. The new AliMergeableCollection class, which is supposed to handle the splitting of outputs per trigger classes and centrality. The class is an extension of Laurent's AliHistogramCollection, and works with all objects having a Merge method implemented (included THnSparse and/or AliCFContainer). (Diego)
