In case one does not use run numbers or ranges, but just defines the data directory, a single xml collection is produced for all subdirs.
Added automatic submit mechanism that:
 - waits until the last submitted job is splitted
 - waits until there are less than 100 jobs in waiting state
The output directory can be defined via absolute path in adittion to relative to workdir.
