New macro's to create create digits or SDigits (PreDigits). Those marked
Default use setting from the AliITSvPPRasymm::SetDefaults. Others show who
you can modify simulations and related parameters if you want to. Version
with "2" Will perform one event. Those with "To" will perform multiple events.
