From Boris - further development of cascade visualization.

1) revive the corresponding alice-macros/esd_cascade.C

2) change the constructor so the TEveRecV0 daughter appears
in the constructor. this is mandatory for a proper momentum
propagation

3) change the data members of the AliEveCascade so that we now
have pointing-curve instead of pointing-line.
