1.) (eta,phi) profile histograms for every layer with Qtot from the 8 slices;
2.) update in GetRefFigure() where i added 2 summary canvases (one for tracking, one for PID);
3.) trending variables were added (average Qtot at P=1.0GeV/c; average tracking efficiency at 1.0-1.5 GeV/c);

With this commit the VZERO trigger simulation is recovered. 1. The main change in the code of the digitizer is that we take out the time delays in FEE from the ADC sampling sequence. It turned out that the ADC input signal is not delayed. 2. the trigger simulation is adjested to the new digitization code. 3. A small bug fix in the trigger simulation itself. 4. Updated trigger OCDB entry taken directly from RAW OCDB. 5. The results of the trigger simulation that goes to the raw data is stored in the UserInfo of the digits tree (and therefore the digits tree is opened in update mode). The next step is to store all the simulated data into the raw-data structures and afterwards change the raw->(s)digits methods.

removing deprecated trigger component. The HLT ReadoutList is going to be handled exclusively by the
AliHLTReadoutList class which supports Root schema evolution. The trigger framework now provides base classes
for trigger components.

correcting propgation of MC labels. labels can be different for the TPC and ITS tracks,
tracks are now updated from the ITS label if available, otherwise TPC label is kept

First version of a class to compute the number of collisions corresponding to a data sample
(AliCollisionNormalization) and of a corresponding analysis task, demonstrating usage
(AliCollisionNormalizationTask). Macros to run the task are also provided.
Minor modification fo AliPhysiscsSelection: the enum of stat table is now public.

Putting the ADC samples + track labels in the digit object. Some addtional clean-up. Next step is to repair the trigger simulation and then raw->(s)digits methods.

Now overwrite mode (plugin->SetOverwriteMode(Bool_t flag)) is active by default and will not only delete existing generated collections (local and grid) but also previous merged results from a previous session.
