A better way to specify the Nch axis for the MultDists task.
We can now easily make the same binning as used by CMS
for example.  This is done by introducing the nested class
AliForwardMultDists::BinSpec which provides a simple
interface to define Nch axis ranges.

MC Nch axis is computed so we have integer bins.
