Will now forward the whole trigger meta data structure normally passed to HLT components as a data block through TCPDumpSubscriber. So updating datatype appropriately.

Updated version of the analysis task used to extract the trigger thresholds for centrality.

A little fix to the previous commit.

The cut on V0 pointing angle is now momentum dependent below 1.5 GeV/c. Above this threshold, it is constant as it was before.

No single software failuere. The mean fraction of outlyers filtered ~ 5 %.

Code modifications:
1. Usage of the internal robust option in the AliRelAlegnerKalman.
   Both median and nsignma rejection.
