Bug fix: the mask should be 64-bit. The bug was the reason for the many 'classindex not found' error messages in the reco of recent cosmic runs'

- Fixed bug which caused rewriting of HighGain/LowGain in the PHYSICS run;
- introduced the min. number of entries to recalculate the EMC calibrations;

Bug fixed.

1. Bug fix in pedestal subtraction. The channel was taken from the index of the digit which does not work in case only digits above pedestal are written. 2. BB and BG flags are taken from the start of the searching window to the max adc. Should be more precise than the existing code that takes them at adc max only. Agreed with Jean-Yves.
